How do I know how many sessions I require?

Every person is different and our bodies react differently to exercise. It also depends on how hard you are intending to work and how much time you have available to train. 6 weeks of training  will put you on the right path and you will start to notice and feel the difference.

Can I book a different quantity of sessions to your packages?

Yes, the packages displayed on the 'prices' page are the most popular, if you wish to organise something different, then please get in contact and we will organise something for you.

Do I need some form of experience?

No, I train all clients from beginners to those in a professionsal sports role. I will create a tailored programme targeting your own indvidual goals and capabilities.

Can I book half hour sessions instead of one hour?

Half an hour sessions are simply not long enough, by the time we have warmed up, stretched and made a start in the programme, we will need to be cooling down and stretching again. One hour sessions are best.

What should I do when your not training me?

I will provide you with a programme card incoporating the exercises we cover, any assisted exercises will be substituted for ones you can do on your own. If however, we are training together three or more times per week, it won't be necessary for you to train more unless we agree it essential.

How much space is required for the workout?

You will need a space large enough to spread your arms out without touching anything, normally a spare room, lounge or even garage is suitable. If however the weather is good we can workout in the garden or any local park if you wish.

When do I have to pay for the sessions?

All sessions must be paid for in advance. There is a 24 hour cancellation notice period required if you are unable to make a session.

What if I have any health problems, can I  still exercise?

Before commencing any exercise programme, we will carry out a full health evaluation, if there are any concerns I will simply ask you to visit your GP with a consent form asking if it is safe for you to start on an exercise regime.

What if I want personal training and the nutrition service?

You will receive a discount which will depend upon the training package you choose or the number of sesions. The two services will run side by side.
